Marketing - NPD ทำการกด interface ในระบบ PLM เพื่อส่ง Request Number ไปสร้าง Request Number CostSheet ที่เป็นสถานะ Complete ในระบบ iCostsheet อัตโนมัติ เพื่อให้ทาง R&D ดำเนินการทำ Costsheet ต่อไป จากนั้น Marketing - NPD ดำเนินการจัดทำ SPC โดยจะนำ NPD Report เข้ามา Attach ในระบบ SPC ด้วย เมื่อทำเรียบร้อยแล้ว Marketing - NPD จะเข้ามากด Check Status ในระบบ PLM เพื่อดึงค่า SPC มาเก็บไว้ในระบบ
