ถ้าพ่อแม่หรือผู้ปกครองเด็กเคยถูกปรับมาแล้วยังขัดขืนอยู่อีก ต่อไปต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน ๑ เดือน หรือปรับไม่เกิน ๑,๐๐๐ บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
