ด้านกรรมกร ได้จัดตั้งกลุ่มสหภาพแรงงานขึ้นหลายกลุ่ม และรวมกันตั้งสภาองค์การลูกจ้างขึ้น ทำหน้าที่พิทักษ์สิทธิให้กับผู้ใช้แรงงาน ปัจจุบันมี 3 สภา ได้แก่
