งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการจัดการด้านสุขภาพของโรงงานให้กับผู้ใช้แรงงาน ศึกษาระดับเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพและศึกษาระดับสุขภาวะของผู้ใช้แรงงาน ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาวะ และสร้างรูปแบบในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมกับผู้ใช้แรงงานในโรงงานผลิตขนมปังขนาดเล็ก อำเภอสองพี่น้อง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ใช้แรงงานในโรงงานขนมปัง ในอำเภอสองพี่น้อง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 148 คน และ สนทนากลุ่มจากทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ จำนวน 10 คน วิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วยเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
