กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 6 (พ.ศ. 2535) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติโรงงาน พ.ศ. 2535 อาศัยอํานาจตามความในมาตรา 6 และมาตรา 13 วรรคสาม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติโรงงาน พ.ศ. 2535 รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1 การแจ้งการทดลองเดินเครื่องจักรในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครให้แจ้งต่อกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ใน จังหวัดอื่น ให้แจ้งต่อสํานักงานอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดท้องที่ที่โรงงานตั้งอยู่
ข้อ 2 ระยะเวลาการทดลองเดินเครื่องจักรให้เป็นไปตามที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตแจ้ง แต่ต้องไม่เกินหกสิบวัน แต่ถ้า เกินกว่านั้นต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นรายกรณี
