การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน บ้านโสน ตำบลณรงค์ อำเภอศรีณรงค์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน บ้านโสน ตำบลณรงค์ อำเภอศรีณรงค์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้าน 228 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้านโสน ตำบลณรงค์ อำเภอศรีณรงค์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ทุกด้าน สอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐานอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก
( = 4.13 ; S.D.=.53 ) ความพึงพอใจรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดทำบัญชีและการเงิน ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยรวมในระดับมาก ( = 4.16 ; S.D.=.62 ) ด้านการพิจารณาด้านเงินกู้ ด้านการทำนิติกรรมสัญญา ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.15.4.15 ; S.D.=.62,.61 ) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการออกระเบียบข้อบังคับของกองทุนด้านการรับสมาชิก ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.14.4.14 ; S.D.=.62,.60 ) ด้านการสำรวจและจัดเก็บข้อมูล ความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.12 ; S.D.=.58 ) และด้านการจัดการหรือเรียกประชุมสมาชิกและด้านการบริหารจัดการ ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมา ( = 4.09.4.09 ; S.D.=.62,.58 ) ตามลำดับ จากที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น คือยอมรับสมติฐาน คือ “ความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้านโสน ตำบลณรงค์ อำเภอศรีณรงค์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก
