ให้นายจ้างจัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกซ้อมดังกล่าวตามแบบที่อธิบดีกำหนด และยื่นต่ออธิบดี
หรือผู้ซึ่งอธิบดีมอบหมายภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่เสร็จสิ้นการฝึกซ้อม
