บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของพนักงานสายสนับสนุนส่วนงานบริหารระดับกองมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ พนักงานสายสนับสนุนส่วนงานบริหารระดับกอง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จำนวน 268 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติจำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พนักงานสายสนับสนุนส่วนงานบริหารระดับกองมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพทั้ง 6 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) พฤติกรรมด้านการบริโภคอาหาร ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(x ̅=2.80,SD=0.41) 2) พฤติกรรมด้านการออกกำลังกาย ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(x ̅=3.22,SD=1.05) 3) พฤติกรรมด้านการพักผ่อน ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(x ̅=2.92,SD=0.49) 4) พฤติกรรมด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับต่ำ(x ̅=1.91,SD=0.73) 5)พฤติกรรมด้านการตรวจรักษาสุขภาพ ส่วนใหญ่ในระดับปานกลาง(x ̅=2.59,SD=0.71) และ 6)พฤติกรรมด้านการจัดการความเครียดส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(x ̅=3.35,SD=0.54)จากการศึกษาในภาพรวมพบว่า พฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพทั้ง 6 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
