วันวิสา แก้วแสง 2559: ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต (การจัดการ) โครงการจัดตั้งสายวิชาบริหารธุรกิจและเศรษฐศาสตร์ คณะศิลปะศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยจูงใจ ปัจจัยค้าจุน และความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม 3. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยจูงใจ และปัจจัยค้าจุนกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม 4. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ประชากรภายในโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม จำนวน 160 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมุติฐานด้วย T – test , One - way ANOVA และ Regression ที่ระดับความสำคัญ 0.05
จากการศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม พบว่า บุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 25 - 34 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ในทำงาน 1 - 10 ปี และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001 - 20,000 บาท มีระดับความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลนครปฐม ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พบว่า เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
