๗.๓.๒ จัดให้มีโครงการปฏิบัติราชการในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ดีเด่น เพื่อยกย่องเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ตั้งใจและเสียสละในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ในการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี และเป็นการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่คนอื่น ๆ ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้
๗.๔ รณรงค์เพื่อสันติสุข มีมาตรการดำเนินการ ดังนี้
๗.๔.๑ จัดตั้งโครงการสานสายใยไทยทั้งชาติ เพื่อทำการรณรงค์และปลูกฝังอุดมการณ์อย่างต่อเนื่องให้ประชาชนคนไทยทั้งประเทศไม่ว่าจะเป็นในพื้นที่และนอกพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ได้ตระหนักถึงความเป็นคนไทย มีค่านิยมแห่งชาติในการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสงบสุข
๗.๔.๒ จัดทำโครงการใต้พอเพียง โดยนำยุทธศาสตร์พระราชทาน “ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” เป็นแนวทางในการปลูกฝังอุดมการณ์กับประชาชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ให้มีความรักบ้านเกิด และมีวิถีการดำรงชีวิตที่มีความสอดคล้องกับขนบธรรมเนียม วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี และความเชื่อ อันจะนำไปสู่การลดความขัดแย้ง สร้างความรักความสามัคคี ความสมานฉันท์และความสงบสุขของประชาชน
๗.๕ สร้างทัศนคติที่ถูกต้อง มีมาตรการดำเนินการ ดังนี้

๗.๖.๒ ให้ความรู้สื่อสารมวลชนในมิติของความมั่นคง โดยจัดการอบรมให้กับสื่อมวลชนให้มีความเข้าใจในสถานการณ์การก่อความไม่สงบในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ รวมถึงมิติของความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ เพื่อให้สื่อมวลชนมีความเข้าใจข้อเท็จจริงที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้
๗.๗ บริหารจัดการ มีมาตรการดำเนินการ ดังนี้
๗.๗.๑ การบูรนาการหน่วยงานประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยการจัดให้มีกลไกที่ทำหน้าที่ในการอำนวยการประชาสัมพันธ์ปัญหาการก่อความไม่สงบในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ให้มีเอกภาพและมีทิศทางในการประสัมพันธ์ที่สอดคล้อง

๗.๗.๓ การประเมินผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม จัดให้มีการประเมินผลการประชาสัมพันธ์อย่างมีทิศทาง และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางยุทธศาสตร์ที่ต้องการ โดยสามารถนำผลของการประเมินมาใช้ในการปรับปรุงการประชาสัมพันธ์ในห้วงเวลาต่อ ๆ ไป
๗.๗.๓ การใช้งบประมาณที่มีประสิทธิภาพ จัดกลไกในการควบคุม ติดตาม การใช้งบประมาณให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในการแก้ปัญหาการก่อความไม่สงบในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้
