1. ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมลดพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในกลุ่มทดลองจะมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยในเรื่องต่อไปนี้ดีขึ้นกว่าก่อนการทดลอง และดีขึ้นกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม
1.1 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ผลกระทบด้านสุขภาพ
1.2 แรงจูงใจในการหลีกเลี่ยงการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์
1.3 ทักษะในการปฏิเสธการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์
2. ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมลดพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในกลุ่มทดลองจะมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ระยะหลังทดลองและระยะติดตามผล ลดลงกว่าระยะก่อนการทดลอง และลดลงมากกว่าเมื่อเทียบกับกลุ่มควบคุม
วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย
ตอนที่1. รูปแบบของการวิจัยและวิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล
1.รูปแบบการวิจัย (Research design)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi – experimental research) โดยแบ่งกลุ่มที่ศึกษาออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลองจะได้รับโปรแกรมลดพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และกลุ่มควบคุม มีการวัดผลการทดลอง 3 ครั้ง คือ ก่อนการทดลอง หลังการทดลอง ระยะติดตามผล
2. วิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูล (Data collection method) การตอบแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง
3. ประชากร
ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือประชากรวัยผู้ใหญ่เพศชายอายุ 25- 45 ปี ที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ตำบลบ้านบัว อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และมีพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ตามแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ (AUDIT) มีคะแนนระหว่าง 8-19 คะแนนและไม่ได้เป็นบุคคลที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่ามีพฤติกรรมติดสุรา/เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เก็บข้อมูลที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านบัว อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ การดำเนินกิจกรรมใช้ห้องประชุมของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านบัว
3.1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง
การกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการประมาณค่าขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งสูตรนี้ใช้ในกรณีที่ทราบขนาดของประชากรที่แน่นอน(cocrane) และต้องการประมาณค่าเฉลี่ยของประชากรได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มละ33 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ เพื่อป้องกันกลุ่มตัวอย่างสูญหายจึงเพิ่มจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 20 % ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มละ 40 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ 80 คน
4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลทั้งหมดในการวิจัย
เก็บข้อมูลหลังจากได้รับการรับรองจริยธรรมการวิจัยจากคณะกรรมการพิจารณาจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยมีระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล 8 สัปดาห์ โดยแบ่งเป็นระยะดำเนินการทดลอง 4 สัปดาห์ และระยะติดตามผลในสัปดาห์ที่ 8
