1. หั่นมีเฟืองให้บางๆ
2. ตั้งไฟเคี้ยวมะเฟืองน้ำเปล่าและน้ำตาลให้งวด
3. ใส่แป้งมันลงไปเล็กน้อย
4. รอให้เย็นเก็บใส่ขวดโหล
