ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ
- บันทึกรายการประจำวันในสรุปรายได้ของแต่ละวัน
- ตรวจสอบรายงานของพนักงานตรวจสอบภาคกลางคืน (Night Auditor) และแคชเชียร์ ประจำห้องอาหาร
- จัดทำรายงานการขายของห้องอาหารประจำวันเสนอฝ่ายบริหาร
- สรุป Daliy Report ประจำวัน , ประจำเดือน
- จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อออก Invoice เรียกเก็บเงิน Agent
- สรุปรายงานลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน และสรุปลูกหนี้คงค้างประจำเดือนให้กับฝ่ายบริหาร
- ทุกสิ้นเดือน Cost จะเข้าเช็คสินค้าคงเหลือ (MK/F&B/HK/STORT/EN)
- Cost เช็คเอกสารที่ทาง MK ส่งมาเกี่ยวกับอาหารเช้า ที่ได้ใช้อะไรไปบ้างของแต่ละวันเพื่อจะทำCost และตัดยอดการขายเครื่องดื่มของห้องอาหารในแต่ละวัน เพื่อลง Cost ใน Daily Food& Beverage Sales Cost Report เพื่อใช้ในการทำรายงาน Cost ประจำเดือน ทุกสิ้นเดือนจะเข้าเช็คสินค้าคงเหลือของแต่ละแผนก, Inventory จะเข้าตรวจเช็คทุก 3 เดือน, ตรวจเช็คทรัพย์สินทุก 6 เดือน
- ปิด Cost ประจำเดือนแต่ละเดือน
