เงื่อนไขในการยื่นคําขอเพื่อรับรองนิติกรณ์เอกสาร

การรับรองลายมือช่ือจะกระทำได้ต่อเมื่อเจ้าหน้าท่ีผู้มีอำนาจลงนามดังกล่าว ได้ส่งตัวอย่างลายมือช่ือให้ ส่วนราชการของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเท่านั้น เว้นแต่ส่วนงานราชการท่ีเก่ียวข้องกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
