การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ การพัฒนาทักษะทางการเรียนการสอน เรื่องทักษะการส่งลูกด้วยข้างเท้าด้านในก่อนและหลังการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะ กลุ่มประชากรคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนลือวิทยาคม อำเภอปทุมราชวงศา จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้วิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/1 โรงเรียนน้ำยืนวิทยา จำนวน 40 คนโดยทุกคนเป็นนักเรียนที่เรียนวิชาฟุตซอล การวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำการวิจัยโดยใช้แบบฝึกทักษะ โดยมีการทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาทักษะความสามารถการส่งลูกด้วยข้างเท้าด้านใน ในวิชาฟุตซอลระหว่างและหลังเรียน โดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 5 สัปดาห์ สัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง คือครั้งละ 60 นาที ภายหลังการทดสอบหลังการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะนำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
