นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยวจะต้องมีความสามารถหลักดังต่อไปนี้
3.1 สามารถจัดการงานในตำแหน่งของ Tour Operation ได้ เช่น
 จัดเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวและผลิตรายการนำเที่ยวที่ตอบสนองความต้องการลูกค้าแบบต่างๆ ได้
 คำนวณค่าใช้จ่าย และกำหนดราคาตามนโยบายของบริษัทได้
 ติดต่อประสานด้านการท่องเที่ยวได้ เช่นการจองที่พัก อาหาร & เครื่องดื่ม ยานพาหนะ มัคคุเทศก์ ฯลฯ
