การวิจัยในชั้นเรียนครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการพัฒนาความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวในการเคลื่อนที่ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 15 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive หรือ Judgmental Sampling) ทำการฝึก 6 สัปดาห์ๆ ละ 3 วัน สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบวิ่งเก็บของ 2 จุด และแบบทดสอบวิ่งทแยงมุมเพื่อใช้ในการทดสอบความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวก่อนและหลังการทดลอง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( x ̅ ) ค่าสวนเบี่ยงเบน (S.D.)
