อาม็อก เป็นอาหารคาวยอดนิยมของกัมพูชามีลักษณะคล้ายห่อหมกของไทย โดยเป็นการนำเนื้อปลาสด ๆ ลวกพริกเครื่องแกง และกะทิแล้วทำให้สุกโดยการนำไปนึ่ง ซึ่งนอกจากจะใช้เนื้อปลาแล้วอาจเลือกใช้เนื้อไก่แทนก็ได้ ส่วนสาเหตุที่คนในประเทศกัมพูชานิยมรับประทานปลาเนื่องจากสภาพภูมิประเทศของกัมพูชามีแหล่งน้ำอุดมสมบูรณ์ทำให้ปลาเป็นอาหารที่หารับประทานได้ง่ายนั่นเอง
ส่วนผสม
-ไข่ไก่ -กะทิสด -พริกแกง -ใบยอ
-ปลาน้ำจืด -พริก -ใบมะกรูดหั่นฝอย -เกลือ

วิธีทำ

๕. ตักส่วนผสมที่เข้ากันดีแล้วลงในกระทง นึ่งด้วยความร้อนประมาณ ๑๐นาที หรือจนสุก
๖. ตกแต่งโดยราดหัวกระทิเคียวสุกและพริกแดงให้สวยงาม
๗. เสิร์ฟพร้อมข้าวสวยร้อน โรยด้วยหอมซอย
