(๔) ไม่ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณหรือใกล้เคียงกับโบราณสถาน ศาสนสถานหรือสถาน อันเป็นที่เคารพในทางศาสนา หรือสถานที่อื่นใดอันจะทำให้เกิดทัศนียภาพที่ไม่เหมาะสม กระทบต่อความมั่นคงและการดำรงอยู่ของสถานที่ดังกล่าว หรือจะทำให้ขัดต่อขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น
