การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการความรู้ ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยห้อม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 เป็นการวิจัยที่ใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้รับผิดชอบด้านการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียน ในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยห้อม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 จำนวน 7 โรงเรียน สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
