ต้องการกลับไปอัพเดท Billing ก่อนหน้าหรือไม่ในกรณีที่ Agreement มีการสร้างขึ้นมาหลัง Billing ก่อนหน้าที่เกิดขึ้นแต่ต้องการให้ระบบกลับไป Update Condition Type "Rebate" เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถไปทำ Settlement Rebate สำหรับ Agreement นั้นๆ
