จากปัญหาที่ได้กล่าวข้างต้นทำให้เกิดโครงงานนี้ขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรงและเพิ่มคุณสมบัติทางกลของผิว วัสดุ โดยการทำกระบวนการเพิ่มความแข็งแรงโดยการชุบแข็งตกตะกอน (precipitation Hardening) โดยจะทำการบ่มเทียม ในอุณหภูมิและเวลาที่ต่างกัน และ กระบวนการรีดผิวลึก (deep rolling) โดยจะทำการใช้แรงที่ต่างกัน หลังจากทำการชุบแข็งตกตะกอนและการรีดผิวลึก ได้ทำการทดสอบโดยการหาค่าความเค้นตกค้างด้วยเครื่อง XRD การทดสอบความต้านทานแรงดึง (Tensile Testing) การทดสอบความแข็ง (Hardness Test) การตรวจสอบโครงสร้างจุลภาคของชิ้นทดสอบ (Microsturcture)
