I’m very sorry but it’s seems that the problem passes hand by hand in KYB and no body face it to find the solution.
My advice is that KYB nominates a person who will have in charge all the issues highlighted by Mario .
We can’t afford to waste other precious time . And we can’t afford to wait until our scheduled meeting on 6th , November in Thailand . It doesn’t make sense wasting other 20 days
