It is desirable that this research be extended to a wider
scale, where more respondents, from different Islamic
banks are included in the study. This would allow for more
generalisations to be made. Qualitative approaches could
also be adopted to further explain the findings of what has
been presented to gain a more in-depth account of any
issues at hand. As the research only involved executives of
the banks, other stakeholders’ perceptions of the ethicality
of Islamic banks are also worth pursuing and could be
compared to each other
