-ไม่มีอาการแสดงถึงภาวะตกเลือดในอวัยวะภายใน เช่น มีอาการซีด สังเกตได้จากผิวหนังบริเวณริมฝีปาก กระพุ้งแก้มในปากเล็บ เยื่อบุตาล่างซีด เหงื่อออก มือเท้าเย็น สีซีด กระหายน้ำมาก หนาวสั่น หน้ามืด ตามัว หูอื้อ อ่อนเพลีย เป็นลม หายใจเร็วถี่ และหอบตื้น ๆ หัวใจเต้นเร็ว ชีพจรเร็วแต่แผ่วเบา ม่านตาขยาย หมดสติ เป็นต้น
-ผลlab Hct ปกติ คือ 39-52 %
