บรรพบุรุษของครูเจือ เป็นหมอพื้นบ้านได้ถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาด้านแพทย์แผนไทย ตั้งแต่อายุ13 ปี โดยการถ่ายทอด ทั้งยาสมุนไพรและเครื่องมือในการบำบัดรักษาโรค ซึ่งผู้ป่วยสามารถใช้เครื่องมือบำบัดอาการเจ็บป่วยด้วยตัวของผู้ป่วยเอง มี 3 ชนิด คือ ฝ่าเท้าเทวดา นิ้วมหานารี สตรีชื่นบาน ทั้ง 3ชนิดนี้เคยบำบัดรักษาโรคมาแล้วในอดีต จนถึงปัจจุบัน
