ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ในการพัฒนาการพูดโดยใช้แนวการการสอนพหุประสาทสัมผัส 82.45/82.59 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด( 2)แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ในการพัฒนาการพูดโดยใช้แนวการการสอนพหุประสาทสัมผัสของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4มีดัชนีประสิทธิผลเท่ากับ 0.7007 ซึ่งหมายความว่า นักศึกษามีความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 70.07ประสิทธิผลของ (3) ผลการเรียนรู้การพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4สูงขึ้นหลังเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แนวการการสอนพหุประสาทสัมผัส (4)ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนโดยใช้แนวการสอนพหุประสาทสัมผัสโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.55
