การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาชุมชนด้วย เครือข่ายสภาเด็กและเยาวชน จังหวัด นนทบุรี และแนวทางการพัฒนาเครือข่ายในการมีส่วนร่วมของ สภาเด็กและเยาวชน จังหวัดนนทบุรี เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) ด้วยวิธีปรากฏการณ์วิทยา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้ายการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาชุมชนด้วย เครือข่ายสภาเด็กและเยาวชน จังหวัด นนทบุรี คือ 1.) การมีส่วนร่วมของคนในองค์กรและคนในชุมชน ซึ่งอยู่ในปัจจัยสนับสนุน(supporting factor) 2.) งบประมาณ ซึ่งอยู่ในปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) 3.) การคัดเลือกโครงการ ซึ่งอยู่ในกระบวนการ(process)
