Ms Goh Ann Nee has resigned to take up another position in another listed firm, property giant City Developments says.

SINGAPORE: Property giant City Developments (CDL) said on Tuesday (Jan 19) that Chief Financial Officer Goh Ann Nee has resigned to take up another position in another listed firm.
"The board has been informed that Ms Goh will be taking up an executive position in a listed company operating in another sector, and extends its best wishes to Ms Goh on her future endeavours," CDL said in a corporate filing.
Ms Goh, 56, has been the company's CFO since Jan 1, 2005.
Her last day will be Jan 26. Ms Yiong Yim Ming, currently Senior Vice President, Group Accounts (Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures), will handle the duties and responsibilities of the CFO’s office while CDL searches for a successor.
