ผ่านปฏิบัติการสมถะกรรมฐานและวิปัสนากรรมฐาน
ซึ่งเราขอเรียกว่า "เท็คนิกสมาธิ"
อย่างจริงจังตั้งใจและเป็นอาชีวะแล้ว


ประดาชาวบ้านเช่นท่านทั้งหลาย
ผู้เลือกเดินสู่การหลุดพ้นบนเส้นทางของนักสู้เพื่อการรู้แจ้ง
ก็มีศาสตร์และศิลป์เพื่อการยกระดับจิตตปัญญา
ในอันที่จะพัฒนาจิตสำนึกของท่านในชีวิตประจำวันด้วย
ซึ่งเราจะขอเรียกวิธีการนี้ว่า "ธรรมชาติสมาธิ"
โดยธรรมชาติสมาธิ ก็คือ "มหาสติ" นั่นเอง

มหาสติ คือ สติอันยิ่งใหญ่
หากใครสามารถครองได้
ก็จะเข้าถึงอำนาจสูงสุดของจิตและปัญญาของตนได้
ในทุกมิติเลยทีเดียว ซึ่งชาวบ้านทั้งหลาย
ชายหญิงทุกคนก็สามารถเรียนรู้ที่จะฝึกฝนตนเอง
ในการครองมหาสติ หรือ ปฏิบัติธรรมชาติสมาธินี้ได้ทุกเมื่อ

มหาสติ ประกอบด้วยสติ 3 ประการ คือ

1.รู้สติ:
โดยรู้ว่า ปัจจุบันขณะทำอะไรอยู่
โดยรู้ว่า เมื่อครู่เพิ่งทำอะไรมา
โดยรู้ว่า ต่อไปข้างหน้าจะเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับตนบ้าง

2.มีสติ:
โดยรู้ว่า สิ่งใดควรรับรู้แล้วควรรับเอา
โดยรู้ว่า สิ่งใดควรรับรู้แต่ไม่ควรรับเอา
โดยรู้ว่า สิ่งใดไม่ควรรับรู้และไม่ควรรับเอา

3.ใช้สติ:
โดยเรียนรู้ที่จะฉลาดแสดงออกหรือกระทำตอบต่อผู้อื่น
ด้วยกฎแห่ง 6 ถูก ของ "ปริญญา/Parinya Model" คือ
การคิดก่อนพูด และคิดก่อนทำภายใต้เงื่อนไขสำคัญ
รวม 6 อย่าง กล่าวคือ

3.1 ถูกคนหรือไม่
3.2 ถูกวิธีหรือไม่

3.4 ถูกเวลาหรือไม่

ในชีวิตประจำวันกันให้ได้
ท่านจะสามารถเป็นคนพ้นกรรม คือ อยู่เหนือกรรมได้
เพราะไม่ก่อกรรมใหม่-แก้ไขกรรมเก่าได้อย่างสิ้นเชิง
มรรคผลสูงสุดบนเส้นทางสายวิมุติคือการหลุดพ้น
ภายในภพชาตินี้ คือ รางวัลอันยิ่งใหญ่ของท่าน
