In your groups, present a role play in a restaurant between a waiter, a host and his/her guests.
The role play should include social interactions (making small talk, e.g. talk about weather, sports, travel, etc.) between the host and guests as well as ordering food and drinks.
The host and guests should socialize together and order food and drink.
The waiter should welcome everyone, take orders and make offers (Page 61 - exercise 1)
Use the examples on page 59 to help you.
Use the menu on page 60 in your role play.
