ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้จากการจัดทำ ร้านเช่าชุด พัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของการออกแบบระบบ ร้านเช่าชุด พัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 โดยศึกษาจากการตอบแบบสอบถามของครูและนักเรียนนักศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคนิคบ้านค่าย จำนวน 30 คน ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้บริการร้านเช่าชุด ทำให้มีความสะดวกต่อการให้บริการเพิ่มมากขึ้น
ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้บริการ ร้านเช่าชุด โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 จำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้น พบว่า ร้านเช่าชุด โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.20 , SD=0.31)
