กำหนดให้พนักงานใช้สิทธิวันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีในวันที่ 28 – 29 ธันวาคม 2558 ในกรณีที่พนักงานยังไม่ได้รับสิทธิการใช้วันหยุดพักผ่อน ในปี 2558 พนักงานสามารถยืมสิทธิวันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีของปี 2559 มาใช้ก่อนได้ แต่หากพนักงานลาออกก่อนถึงวันที่จะมีสิทธิใช้วันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปี พนักงานจะถูกหักเงินตามจำนวนวันที่ใช้สิทธิไป
