บทคัดย่อ
การวิจันครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าพักอาศัยในหอปาริชาต ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ วิทยาเขตสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช่ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นิสิตที่อยู่หอในของหอพักปาริชาตทั้งสามหอด้วยกัน โดยแบ่งเป็น นิสิตในหอพักปาริชาต 1 นิสิตในหอพักปาริชาต 2 นิสิตในหอพักปาริชาต 3 ทั้งหมดเป็นจำนวน 50 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่พักอาศัยหอปาริชาต ของมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ วิทยาเขตสงขลา
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าพักอาศัยในหอพักปาริชาต เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าพักอาศัยในหอพักมหาวิทยาลัย ของนักศึกษานิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ วิทยาเขตสงขลา จำแนกตามข้อมูลพื้นฐาน โดยใช้ค่า แจกแจงความถี่ และคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ t-test, F-test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบสอบถามเป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 19-21 ปี ชั้นปี 1 จำนวน 25 คน คณะศึกษาสาสตร์
ความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการหอพักปาริชาต มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ วิทยาเขตสงขลา
พบว่า ด้านห้องพัก ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านกระบวนการจัดการ รวม 4 ด้าน โดยรวมนิสิตมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายละเอียด พบว่า นิสิตมีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากสามด้านและระความพึงพอใจระดับปานกลางหนึ่งด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านห้องพัก ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม และด้านกระบวนการจัดการ
