พญานาค หรือ นาค (อังกฤษ: Nāga; สันส

พญานาค หรือ นาค (อังกฤษ: Nāga; สันสกฤต: नाग) เป็นความเชื่อในภูมิภาคเอเชียใต้และเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยเรียกชื่อต่าง ๆ กัน แต่มีลักษณะร่วมกัน คือ เป็นงูขนาดใหญ่มีหงอน เป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งความยิ่งใหญ่ ความอุดมสมบูรณ์ ความมีวาสนา อีกทั้งยังเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของบันไดสู่จักรวาลอีกด้วย
