บทคัดย่อ
รายงานวิจัยเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติสุราษฎร์ธานี การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้โดยสารต่อการให้บริการและเพื่อศึกษาภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัทการบินที่ให้บริการที่ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติสุราษฎร์ธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้บริการท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติสุราษฎร์ธานี กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วย Scheffe Analysis การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS งานวิจัยนี้กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .50
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประชาชนที่มาใช้บริการท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติสุราษฎร์ธานี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 26-35 ปีอยู่ในสถานภาพสมรสอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรีมีอาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัว / ค้าขายมีรายได้ 10,000 – 20,000 บาทสายการบินที่ใช้บริการบ่อยที่สุดของผู้ใช้บริการสายการบินนกแอร์จำนวนครั้งต่อเดือนที่ใช้บริการ 1-2 ครั้ง ช่วงเวลาในการใช้บริการ ช่วงเวลา 07.00น. - 10.00น. โดยภาพรวมแล้วผู้มาใช้บริการมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใหบริการอยู่ในระดับมาก
