เป็นการศึกษาต่อเนื่องในระดับวิชาชีพ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่แล้วนักเรียนที่เคยเรียนในระดับ VMBO ก็จะเรียนต่อในระดับนี้ ซึ่ง MBO มีทั้งสิ้น 1-4 ปีการศึกษา

ระดับอุดมศึกษา

การศึกษาในระดับนี้ในประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ จะมี 2 ประเภทของสถาบัน คือ Universities of Applied Sciences และ Research Universities ซึ่งมีระดับปริญญา 3 ระดับคือ ปริญญาตรี, ปริญญาโท และ PhD

โดยการเรียนในระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่ว่าจะเป็น B.A., B.Sc., LL.B. จะเรียนทั้งสิ้น 3 ปี แต่ถ้าเป็น B.Eng. หรือ B. Nursing จะเรียนทั้งสิ้น 4 ปี
