นายไพบูลย์ นลินทรางกูร นายกสมาคมนักวิเคราะห์การลงทุน คาดว่า ดัชนีตลาดหุ้นไทยจะเริ่มกลับมาฟื้นตัวได้ในช่วง 3-6 เดือนข้างหน้า ซึ่งจะได้รับผลดีจากการที่ภาครัฐได้ดำเนินนโยบายกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจด้านต่างๆ ประกอบกับการคงอัตราภาษีนิติบุคคลไว้ที่ 20% จะช่วยให้ภาคเอกชนที่ได้เตรียมตัวลงทุนไว้แต่ได้ชะลอการลงทุนออกไป กลับมาลงทุนอีกครั้ง นอกจากนี้ แนวโน้มการส่งออกของไทยเชื่อว่าได้ผ่านจุดต่ำสุดไปแล้ว และจะค่อยๆ ปรับตัวดีขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีปัจจัยภายนอกเข้ามาสนับสนุนอีกด้วย โดยมองว่าประเทศหลักๆ หลายประเทศจะมีการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจอีกครั้ง เช่น ยุโรปจะมีการประชุมในเดือนธ.ค.นี้ เพื่อขยายระยะเวลาการทำ QE ออกไปอีก 6 เดือน ขณะที่ประเทศจีนจะมีการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจโดยการลงทุนของภาครัฐ รวมถึงญี่ปุ่นจะมีการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจเพิ่มขึ้นเช่นกัน ซึ่งจะทำให้มีเม็ดเงินลงทุนจากต่างประเทศไหลเข้ามาลงทุนในประเทศไทย หลังจาก 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา ต่างชาติมีการขายสุทธิตลาดหุ้นไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง


นางภัทธีรา ดิลกรุ่งธีระภพ รองประธานกรรมการ สภาธุรกิจตลาดทุนไทยและนายกสมาคมบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ไทย เปิดเผยว่า มองแนวโน้มดัชนีตลาดหุ้นไทยในช่วงปลายปีนี้จะขึ้นไปอยู่ที่ระดับ 1,450 จุด ซึ่งปัจจุบันตลาดหุ้นไทยยังได้รับแรงกดดันจากทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ เนื่องจากเศรษฐกิจในประเทศที่ยังชะลอตัวอยู่ ขณะที่ความกังวลว่าธนาคารกลางสหรัฐ (FED) อาจจะมีการปรับขึ้นดอกเบี้ยในการประชุมช่วงเดือน ธ.ค. นี้ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม การปรับตัวขึ้นมาอยู่ในระดับปัจจุบันก็ถือว่าบริษัทจดทะเบียนของประเทศไทยมีพื้นฐานที่แข็งแกร่ง ประกอบกับได้รับมาตรการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจเข้ามาหนุนให้ความมั่นใจในการลงทุนด้วย ส่งผลให้ดัชนีสามารถปรับตัวขึ้นมาเหนือ 1,400 จุดได้
