ข้อ 8. ถ้าผู้เช่าจะประพฤติผิดล่วงละเมิดสัญญาแม้แต่ข้อหนึ่งข้อใด หรือกระทำผิดวัตถุประสงค์ข้อหนึ่งข้อใด ยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าทรงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิที่จะเข้ายึดครอบครองสถานที่และสิ่งที่เช่าได้โดยพลันและมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ทันทีเมื่อครบกำหนดสัญญาเช่าก็ดี หรือผู้เช่าผิดสัญญาเช่าก็ดี ผู้เช่ายอมให้ถือว่าผู้เช่ายอมออกจากที่เช่าโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข
