ตามที่บริษัทฯ ได้ว่าจ้างท่านเข้ามาทำงาน โดยเข้าปฏิบัติงานกับบริษัทฯ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2539 นั้น เนื่องจากบริษัทฯ มีการปรับโครงสร้างการบริหารภายในบริษัทฯ และมีบางตำแหน่งหน้าที่ซ้ำซ้อนกัน ประกอบกับบริษัทฯ มีแนวโน้มในการรับงานก่อสร้างน้อยลงเนื่องจากสภาพเศรษฐกิจตกต่ำและการแข่งขันที่รุนแรงในภาวะปัจจุบัน
บริษัทฯ มีความเสียใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่าบริษัทฯ จำเป็นและหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ที่จะต้องเลิกจ้างท่าน โดยให้ท่านพ้นสภาพจากการเป็นพนักงานของบริษัทฯ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2559 เป็นต้นไป
เพื่อตอบแทนความเสียสละที่ท่านได้ปฏิบัติงานกับบริษัทฯ ด้วยความทุ่มเทตลอดมา เห็นสมควรตอบแทนให้ดังนี้
1จ่ายเงินเดือนสำหรับเดือนธันวาคม 2558 เป็นเงิน 181,203.00 บาท
2จ่ายค่าชดเชยการเลิกจ้าง จำนวน 10 เดือน เป็นเงิน 1,812,030.00 บาท

บริษัทฯ ขอขอบคุณท่านที่ได้ให้เกียรติเข้าร่วมทำงานกับบริษัทฯ และตั้งใจปฏิบัติหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบด้วยดีตลอดมา และขออวยพรให้ท่านประสบความสำเร็จในชีวิต มีสุขภาพ พลานามัย และร่างกายแข็งแรงตลอดไป
