การพัฒนาโครงงานคอมพิวเตอร์ เรื่องธงชาติอาเซียนนี้ ผู้จัดทำได้เริ่มดำเนินงานตามขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานที่เสนอในบทที่ 3 แล้ว จากนั้นได้นำเสนอเผยแพร่ผลงานผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลาโดยได้นำเผยแพร่ ที่เว็บไซต์ ..................................................ทั้งนี้เว็บไซต์ดังกล่าว สามารถจัดการและเชื่อมต่อกับเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยทั้งครูที่ปรึกษา เพื่อนๆในห้องเรียนได้เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยแสดงความเห็นในเนื้อหาและรูปแบบของการนำเสนออย่างหลากหลาย ซึ่งทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโลกออนไลน์อย่างหลากหลายและรวดเร็ว
