สืบเนื่องจากกรณี สายเรือ Hanjin ปิดดำเนินการ (ล้มละลาย) นั้น ทางสมาคมฯ โดยบริษัท ประกันภัย เอฟ พี จี ประกันภัย จำกัด ได้จัดทำคำแนะนำสำหรับสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับกรณีของสายเรือ Hanjin
เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในการแจ้งลูกค้า รายละเอียดดังแนบ

จากกรณี ดังกล่าวนี้ ในส่วนของความคุ้มครองกรมธรรม์ Transportation Specialist Legal Liability Insurance (TSLL) ซึ่งให้ความคุ้มครองความรับผิดตามกฎหมายต่อผู้เอาประกันภัยในฐานะ
ที่เป็นผู้นำเข้าทำสัญญาการขนส่ง กับเจ้าของสินค้า สำหรับการขนส่งสินค้าออกจากประเทศไทยไปยังประเทศปลายทางตามที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ หรือนำสินค้าจากต่างประเทศมายังประเทศไทย ในฐานะตัวการ
