การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครู ที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน และด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล
