5.1 ทฤษฎีความต้องการ (Need Theories)
ทฤษฎีลำดับความต้องการ (Hierachy of Needs Theory)เป็นทฤษฎีที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดย อับราฮัม มาสโลว์ (Abrahum Maslow) นักจิตวิทยาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยแบรนดีส์ เป็นทฤษฎีที่รู้จักกันมากที่สุดทฤษฎีหนึ่งซึ่งระบุว่าบุคคลมีความต้องการเรียงลำดับจากระดับพื้นฐานที่สุดไปยังระดังสูงสุด กรอบความคิดที่สำคัญของทฤษฎีนี้มีสามประการ คือ
