i. สามารถลงทับได้ทันที หรือต้องมีการลงโปรแกรมอื่นใดเพิ่มเติมเพื่อ Support กับเวอร์ชั่นใหม่หรือไม่ อย่างไร
ii. หากลงทับได้ทันที และมีข้อผิดพลาดเกิดขึ้นจากการ Upgrade จะสามารถย้อนกลับมาใช้เป็นเวอร์ชั่นก่อนหน้าได้หรือไม่ หากไม่ได้ มีวิธีการ Support กรณีนี้อย่างไร
iii. ข้อควรระมัดระวังเป็นพิเศษขณะทำการ Upgrade Chip

b. ติดตั้งใหม่
i. Uninstall เฉพาะโปรแกรมที่เป็นเวอร์ชั่นเดิม หรือ Uninstall โปรแกรมอื่นที่มีผลต่อการ Upgrade ร่วมด้วยหรือไม่ อย่างไร
ii. ลำดับของการ Uninstall หากมีโปรแกรมอื่นร่วมด้วย
iii. หลัง Uninstall มีวิธีการทดสอบก่อนทำการติดตั้งเวอร์ชั่นใหม่หรือไม่ อย่างไร
iv. ข้อควรระมัดระวังเป็นพิเศษขณะทำการ Upgrade Chip ด้วยวิธีการนี้

4. วิธีการทดสอบความสมบูรณ์ หลังทำการ Upgrade เสร็จเรียบร้อย (ทาง WU มี Test Case สำหรับทดสอบให้หรือไม่ อย่างไร)
5. สำหรับเครื่อง Test และเครื่อง Production มีข้อแตกต่างในการ Upgrade หรือไม่ อย่างไร
