วันที่ 7 มีนาคม 2014 ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Female Empowerment :
American Way บรรยายโดย นางสาวนิศารัตน์ ลายทิพย์

มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ร่วมกับ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำประเทศไทย จัดการบรรยาย เรื่อง “Female Empowerment” โดยวิทยากรจากประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในวันศุกร์ที่ 7 มีนาคม 2557 ตั้งแต่เวลา 14.00 – 15.30 น. เป็นต้นไป ณ ห้องนิภานภดล ชั้น 2 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา
ในงานมีการเสวนาเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง "การสร้างเสริมพลังอำนาจให้สุภาพสตรี" โดย "Blended 328 เป็นวงดนตรีที่ชื่อเสียงและได้รับการยอมรับอย่างมากในสหรัฐอมเริกา โดยได้เดินสายแสดงคอนเสิร์ตตามมหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆ ทั่วสหรัฐอเมริกาและทั่วโลก ด้วยเอกลักษณ์การสร้างดนตรีคันทรี่แบบอเมริกันผสมผสานดนตรีประเภทต่างๆ มากมาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Hip Hop, Funk, World Music ทำให้รูปแบบการแสดงเป็นที่ประทับใจ แสดงถึงความมีชีวิตชีวา ซึ่งเหตุผลหลักของวงก็เพื่อสร้างสิ่งดีงามแก่โลก ทลายสิ่งกีดกั้นทางเชื้อชาติ ส่งเสริมความเสมอภาคและเคารพสิทธิซึ่งกันและกัน นำมาซึ่งสันติภาพในโลก
กิจกรรมในวันนั้นมีการถามตอบและแจกของรางวัน และแบ่งกลุ่มออกเป็น 5 กลุ่ม ถามชื่อสมาชิกกันในกลุ่ม โดยให้เราเขียนความฝันและสิ่งที่อยากเป็นลงในกระดาษ และสิ่ที่เป็นไปไม่ หรือสิ่งที่ให้เราไปไม่ถึงฝันลงในกระดาษอีก 1 แผ่นและทำการฉีกกระดาษที่ทำให้เราไปไม่ถึงฝันถึงไป มีการร้องเพลง และถ่ายรูปร่วมกันในตอนท้าย
