35. ภายใต้สัญญาส่วนที่ 10 ให้สัญญาฉบับนี้มีผลบังคับใช้เป็นเวลาหนึ่ง (1) ปี นับจากวันเริ่มต้นแห่งสัญญา เว้นแต่หรือจนกว่าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดจะบอกเลิกสัญญาโดยแจ้งให้คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่ง (1) เดือน หลังจากนั้นให้สัญญาฉบับนี้มีผลต่อไปภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเดิมทุกประการ
