Item 1: You might look at the simplified version where all the item stems are now a question (rather than using the term ‘thinking about’ it asks ’how much energy do you have to do the things you want to do?’
You might solve the missing ‘I am’ by inserting it in every response, as in ‘I am always full of energy’, “I am usually full of energy’, etc. There is not enough distinction between ‘full energy all the time’ and ‘ always full energy’ – they are measuring the same thing. If you do not have a word for ‘usually’ you might consider ‘often’ or better still, ‘MOST OF THE TIME’. How would you translate usually in the sentence ‘ We usually go to the mountains on a Sunday’? Ditto in response 4. Needs revision. Note: see item 20 where ‘mostly’ has been translated as ‘most of the time’ ‘Mostly’ and ‘usually’ are close enough to signify the same thing.
