สัญญาเพิ่มเติมนี้ย่อมสิ้นสุดผลบังคั

สัญญาเพิ่มเติมนี้ย่อมสิ้นสุดผลบังคับลงทันที ในกรณีหนึ่งกรณีใดดังต่อไปนี้
เมื่อมิได้ชำระเบี้ยประกันภัยของสัญญาเพิ่มเติมฉบับนี้ จนพ้นกำหนดระยะเวลาผ่อนผันตามที่กำหนดไว้ในเงื่อนไขกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยหลัก
