hope all is well. This week I am in Sydney – and when I saw a Thai restaurant I realised that I hadn’t heard back from you since I sent my email last Thursday. I will be travelling again this weekend, to Manila and Guam, to run the IFLA workshops, so I won’t get a lot of time to look into the flights for my next visit to Thailand. It is always easier to book flights on the Qantas website in Australia, rather than in another country. Also, my schedule is very full for the week of the workshops.

I will be back in Brisbane for 5 days in early July… then I will be away again in North America for 6 weeks. Ideally, I would like to be able to book the flights when I am back in Brisbane, so if you could let me know what the process will be to seek reimbursement for the travel costs that I will outlay when I book the flights. As discussed with Prof Chutima in our email correspondence this week, the dates for the international flights will be as originally planned:

28 August 2016 BNE – BKK
11 September 2016 BKK-BNE
